Does this replace our document-control system?
No. It sits on top of your controlled sources and respects their status, revisions, and permissions. Document control remains the authority — the assistant is a faster, governed way to reach it.
Where can it be deployed?
In your cloud tenancy, on-premises, or in a sovereign hosting environment, depending on your security and data-residency requirements. For defence-adjacent work, deployment constraints are agreed before any data is touched.
What happens when the assistant is unsure?
It says so — explicitly. An answer that names its uncertainty and its sources is safe to act on with judgement. A confident answer with no provenance is not, which is exactly what we engineer out.
How do we know it keeps working over time?
Audit logs and review workflows show every question and answer. Quality is measured during the pilot and monitored after rollout, with a defined process for expanding or correcting the approved source set.
